• All cancellations prior to a 48 hours period from the reserved time will be fully credited.
• All cancellations between a 24 hours and 48 hours period from the reserved time will be credited at 50%.
• All cancellations within a 24 hours period from the reserved time will not be refunded\credited.

United Sports Co may collect details provided by you on registration or enquiry together with information we learn about you from your use of our service and your visits to our web site. We may also collect information about the transactions you undertake including details of any payment cards used. Also, we may collect additional information in connection with your participation in any promotions or competitions offered by us and information you provide when giving us feedback or completing profile forms. We also monitor customer traffic patterns and site use which enables us to improve the service we provide.

GOAL! Players and participants:

• Certify that they have read and fully understand and accept all the Rules and Regulations and irrevocably accept to follow them.
• Certify that they are qualified, in good health, and in proper physical condition to participate in any sporting activity.
• Fully understand that participation in any sporting activity involves risk and danger of bodily injury and fully accept and assume all such risks and responsibilities for losses, costs and damages.
• Hereby release, discharge, and covenant not to sue United Sports Co, or, their respective administrators, directors, agents, officers, members, volunteers, and employees, other participants, any sponsors, advertisers, and owner and lessor of premises on which the activity takes place from all liability, claims, demands, losses or damages.
• Fully understand and accept that:
• Misbehaving, misconduct, aggressive behaviour, profanity and racism are not tolerated and could result in claiming against the initiator.
• United Sports Co is not obligated to provide sporting gears (football, shoes, vests, air pump, whistle ...etc) to any customer.
• United Sports Co, its management and staff are not responsible for the loss of any belongings of any customer within the premises or in the parking areas around the facilities and hereby irrevocably accept to hold United Sports Co. harmless from any such loss.
• Vandalism, sabotage or any inappropriate or careless acts are not accepted on the premises and that they are fully responsible for any such acts.
• Foods and / or drinks are not allowed on the premises other than the players’ own water or juice bottle.
• Chewing gum on the premises is completely prohibited.
• Smoking on the premises is completely prohibited.
• That they must exert every effort to keep the premises clean.
• Payments in full must be received prior to the start of the reserved time for the game.
